I've had so much fun doing my son, Zach's Blog, I thought that I would try one for our family. It's been great fun, and a good way for us to keep in touch and see what's going on in each other's lives in words and pictures! As we enter into this Fall Season, my own personal favorite time of year, I am so greatful for the many blessings that I have, and the many friendship's that I've developed over the years. I hope that you enjoy this Blog as much as I have enjoyed being a part of your lives, and your families!

Meeting Elder Derrick Schwartz
Zach's first companion in the town of Timisoara was Elder Derrick Schwarts, originally from Boise, ID. Elder Jensen (Zach) was his last companion in the mission field before returning home to Saratoga Springs, UT where his family had recently moved to this year.
Zach had always mentioned how well he got along with Elder Schwartz and how much fun it was to experiment with cooking with Derrick. If any of you have looked up Zach's Mission Blog you'll remember the story and pictures of the eggplant that exploded in the oven.
Anyway, we were fortunate enough to meet Derrick while on a trip to Utah and get a little aquainted with him. We gave him a Mannhiem Steamrollers Christmas CD so that he can alway's remember how exciting it was when they opened Zach's Birthday Package in October and listened to all the Christmas CD's that very night!
I'm sure I just turned "29" again, right?

Hello from Idaho! I'm the very proud mother of this fine missionary, and two amazing daughters! I'm so excited to have been able to create these Blog's for you to enjoy reading about, and viewing pictures of Our Family. And of Zach as he continues his Mission Journey in Romania.
